If you’re like me, then you want to be prepared for any and every situation! When it comes to planning a photoshoot, it’s really helpful to be prepared for anything. Here are some tips on what to wear when having your photos taken in Lisbon, Portugal:
- Make sure you bring an outfit change — because the weather can change pretty quickly, even in the city!
- The colours of the city streets are bright and spunky. If you want to match them, you can wear colours like pink, yellow, blue, coordinated with neutrals for a perfect look!
- Wherever you decide to go, make sure to bring shoes that you feel comfortable walking in. A lot of the streets are cobblestoned. Because of this, it makes it hard to wear heels.

Best Photo Locations in Lisbon, Portugal
It’s always a good idea hit up Instagram-worthy photo locations! Lisbon has a bunch of really cool spot to take photos. For example, there’s the famous Pink Street, the Belem Tower, and the Santa Justa Elevator, and if you’re looking for an amazing view, the Miradouro Das Portas Del Sol.
In the photos above and below, you’ll see some beautiful purple jacaranda trees blossoming at the Rossio Square. That’s another really beautiful spot in the springtime! The best time to see the trees at their fullest bloom is in May.
